Thank you for shopping at MountainStarGalaxy. We are committed to providing you with unique, high-quality products. Because of the mixed nature of our inventory — including print-on-demand products, drop-shipped items, and handmade personal creations — our return policy is designed to fairly reflect each fulfillment method.


🛍️ What Can Be Returned

We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective items on arrival

  • Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or design)

  • Lost or undelivered packages (after carrier investigation)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.


❌ What Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., "I changed my mind")

  • Incorrect address submitted by the customer

  • Sizing issues where correct size was ordered (please check sizing charts carefully)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


🧵 Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

Our POD items (apparel, mugs, wall art, etc.) are made to order and produced uniquely for each customer. Therefore:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • We do not accept returns for size, color, or style preferences unless the product is defective

Please refer to sizing guides on each product page before placing your order.


🌍 Drop Shipped Items

Some products may ship from third-party suppliers or international warehouses. For these:

  • Delivery times may vary

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect

  • Return shipping costs may apply depending on the supplier’s policy

We’ll guide you through the process if a return is needed.


🖐 Handmade or Personal Creations

Our original creations are often one-of-a-kind or limited edition. Due to their handmade nature:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged

  • Slight variations are normal and part of the charm of handmade items


🔁 Replacement & Refund Process

To request a return, refund, or replacement:

  1. Email us atsupport@Mountainstargalaxy.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps

  3. If approved:

    • Replacements will be reprinted or reshipped at no cost to you

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days


📦 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, you do not need to return the item

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions and return address

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect


📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to post)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@Mountainstargalaxy.com
